REALIST REVERSE LINK TO TEMPO® SYSTEM:
As of June 8, 2005, from Realist you can now link back to the corresponding property in the TEMPO® System. TEMPO® will retrieve the Active status listing in the Long/Primary Photo format.
We have submitted a programming request to retrieve non-Active status listings, as well. When implemented, TEMPO® will retrieve the corresponding listings in the Short format.
EL PASO CROSS REFERENCE INDEX FOR REALIST SEARCHES:
RSC Staff have created a program that allows you to search the El Paso County Assessor file by Top and Side Coordinate numbers, Sold Date, Sold Price or Above Grade Sq Ft. When the program returns matches, you may use the schedule numbers to identify properties for your Realist search. The link to the program is located on the “Sidebar” in the TEMPO® system. At the Sidebar, go to MLS Links, then County Record Index.
Finding Square Footage via El Paso
Assessor Web Site
The El Paso Assessor does display detailed information such as Total Above Grade Area, First Floor Area, Above First Floor Area, Total Basement Area and Finished Basement Area on their web site.
Following the example below, here are the steps to get this data. To access the El Paso Assessor Web Site, click here. From within TEMPO™, you will find links to the various Assessor web sites by opening up the Sidebar.
On the El Paso Assessor web site, you do either an address search or a specific parcel search if you know the Schedule Number.

Once you are on the Public Record Property Information report (like the example below), notice the options on the left-side of the page. When available, there will be a link to the City Zone code for that property.

Now look for the section called Residential Information. Under this header, you will find a column called "Bldg#". Each row in this section will give you access to the different buildings on a parcel. Most residential parcels will only have one Building on them. Some Multi-Family and Commercial parcels have multiple buildings on them. You can click on the "Bldg#", as in the example below, to find more specific information for that specific building.
Clicking on the above building number will display this information:
( Bldg # : 1 )
