legal counsel to be sure you are compliant, and your policy meets your
specific needs. Relevant regulations and laws include, The Federal
Communication Commission's (FCC) regulations, enacted pursuant to the
Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (TCPA) and the Colorado
No-Call List Act C.R.S.
