VOLUNTEER REALTOR®
PROGRAM (VRP)
The membership of the
Pikes Peak Association of
REALTORS® (PPAR) is very
proud of our nation's
military heritage. Through
the years PPAR has supported
our military community in
multiple directions and
industry service
partnerships. The
foremost of these
partnerships is the PPAR and
Fort Carson sponsored VRP
Program. VRP has
established a Colorado
Springs housing and
information office within
the Housing Referral Office
at Fort Carson, 7301
Woodfill Road. Our VRP
REALTORS® have been
providing area housing
information, for purchase
and leasing, and consumer
guidance since July 25,
1994. Thousands of
inbound military families
have benefited from this
program. The VRP
office is staffed with a
certified PPAR/VRP REALTOR®
and offers internet access
to PPAR MLS. Office
hours are Monday-Friday
0800-1600 and is available
to all area transferring
military personnel.

THE
HOME BUYER WORKSHOP (HBW)
Another ongoing and
highly successful service
activity at Fort Carson are
monthly Home Buyer Workshops
held at The Family
Connection Center, 1354
Barkeley Avenue. These
four hour first time Home
Buyer Workshops are
conducted by PPAR/VRP member
REALTORS® and PPAR affiliate
member Mortgage
Lenders/Brokers.
Military personnel attendees
can call The Family
Connection Center at
719-526-0457 for dates,
times and registration.
