GRI CLASSES DO COUNT TOWARD YOUR LICENSE RENEWAL!
|
The GRI series is in full swing at PPAR. All classes
may be used as elective hours toward your license renewal!
Classes have been rewritten and contain all new pertinent
information! Even if you have had your GRI designation for
many years, you may take the classes for hours to renew your

December 4 - GRI Real Estate Investments
8:30-3:30
Learn
the basic principles on analyzing property to determine if the
property has the potential to be a good investment. Once
you take this class you will be armed with the tools and answers
that can help you and your customer convert property owned to
rental property. Please bring a basic calculator to class.
6 hour CE and/or GRI credit

Working With Successful Buyers
8:30-3:30
Equip yourself with the information, insight and
know-how you need to meet the growing demands of buyers in
today's market. From prospecting to successfully closing a
transaction, this course will teach you how to provide every
buyer with a superior level of service that will ensure referral
business for years to come. 6 hour GRI Credit -
4 hours CE credit toward license renewal.

2009 CREC REQUIRED UPDATE COURSE |
The 2009 CREC
Required Update Course will be offered on the following dates
and times at PPAR. Tuition for members is $40.00 and for
non-members, $50.00. Now you can sign up online! All will be held at PPAR in the 3rd floor training room.

November 1, 2009 GRI Designation requirements changed! MORE
If you began your
GRI the first of this year or perhaps last year, you may complete your
courses before December 31, 2009 to forgo the changes!

PAYMENT POLICIES AT PPAR |
In concern for member security and privacy, PPAR will no longer
accept credit card payments over the telephone. For GRI
and other CAR C.E. credit offered classes, members may
sign up directly and safely at the CAR Education website:
www.coloradorealtors.com/education.
The PPAR
Education Department now has the CREC Required
Update Courses, ABR and additional local education courses,
including the new Contract Changes courses
online compatible for secure enrollments. We understand
this may inconvenience some of our members and participants, but
in the world we live in today, we must acknowledge that great
customer service starts and ends with protecting the personal
information of our members, participants and staff. PPAR
has installed a laptop at the front desk for those of you
wishing to come in and sign up for a class. Link is found

classes, pick your class, enroll!

2009 ENERGY STAR SUMMIT & AWARDS DINNER |
Realtors will gain valuable information regarding energy
efficiency and sustainability. The Summit is focused on
assisting the Colorado housing industry from realtors to
builders to gain a competitive edge while promoting energy
efficient housing. The dinner will be held on December 9,
