ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES REGISTRATION Register for CREC, Contract Courses, ABR online at members.ppar.com, e-commerce, log-in, register for classes! GRI Classes register online at CAR www.coloradorealtors.com Sorry, registrations cannot be taken over the phone. Cancellations must be received in writing 24 hours before class commences. Faxes are acceptable. Fax cancellations to PPAR at 719.476.8169. Refunds or credit towards another class will be given if notice is received 24 hours before class commences. Continuing credit or refunds will not be given to those who arrive late or leave early or do not attend the full class. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. CREDIT Most courses and seminars of CAR-THE Real Estate School, are approved for continuing education credit. Available credit hours will be published with course promotional materials. Students may receive continuing education, GRI and MRE credit for the same course, when applicable. To receive credit, students must attend the full course and achieve a 70% or better on any required test. For each credit hour, 50 minutes must be spent in instruction. Credit or refunds will not be given to late arrivals or early departments.
CERTIFICATES Students will receive certificate of completion from PPAR on the day of the course, upon successful completion. You may request a replacement certificate from CAR fro GRI courses. There is a replacement cost per certificate, 1.800.944.6550.
TUITION - CAR 4 hour courses: $50 member/$65 non-member 6 or 8 hour course: $80 member/$95 non-member Please Note: If you purchase anything from CAR, including registering for CAR Education courses such as GRI or MRE, by using your credit card, "REALTOR^® Ecommerce Network" will appear on your credit card statement. The reason for this is because CAR processes its credit card purchases through NAR's Ecommerce Network. Please, if this line item does appear on your statement, do not reverse the charge without first calling the CAR office to verify the charge. If course charges are reversed without first being verified with CAR, members jeopardize future participation in all CAR services and education offerings until full payment is received. Thank you. REFUNDS Full Refund: If the course is canceled or the student withdraws prior to two (2) days of the course. If the student withdraws within 24 hours of the course, they have the option of either a refund or having the tuition applied to another course. Less than 24 hours, NO REFUNDS or transfers of tuition $50% Refund: If the student is unable to complete the course, because of emergency reasons, before 10% of the course has commenced. No refund: If the student is unable to complete the course after 10% of the course has commenced or is a "No Show" or fails to cancel in writing less than 24 hours before class begins.

CLASS TIMES Class begin at 8:30 a.m. ending at 3:30 p.m. for GRI, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. for some MRE and ABR classes. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m., or 7:45 a.m. for classes beginning at 8:00 a.m. If you are more than 15 minutes late to class or after lunch, you will not obtain CE credit as mandated by the Department of Private Occupational Schools.
PARKING PLEASE park in PPAR, LKA, KKBG VISITOR marked parking spaces. If you are in an unauthorized parking space, your car will be towed at your expense. You may wish to arrive early to get an authorized parking space as they are limited. If there is not a parking spot available in the parking lot, meter free parking is available on St. Vrain Street between Cascade and Nevada and on Williamette Street between Cascade and Nevada. RETEST One retest is allowed for an additional fee. If the student fails the retest, the student must re-enroll, pay full tuition and pass the required test to receive the credit.
