Investment)
Learn the basic principles
of analyzing property to determine if the property has the potential to
be a good property investment. Once you take this class, you will
be armed with tools and answers that can help you and your customers
convert property owned to rental property. A basic calculator is

**GRI Ethical & Professional Practices
of REALTORS®
You voluntarily became a
REALTOR®.
As a part of this smart career decision, you are required to abide by a
National Code of Ethics. Over the last couple of years, these
Standard of Practice commandments have been amended to help maintain the
integrity of the trademarked term REALTOR®.
NAR requires that you brush up on the Code every three to four
years (every four years at PPAR) **

GRI Housing
Construction: Building a Solid Foundation
It is not enough to know how
a house looks. The inner workings of a home are what keeps your
customers satisfied. Students will learn about housing
construction from the soil to the roof. As an added bonus, you
will also learn what modifications will increase or decrease the value
of a home. Depending on the instructor, there may be a field
trip in the afternoon portion of this course.

GRI Is the Price Right?
(Appraisal
)
Students will gain basic
familiarization with appraisal principles, why appraisals are required, who
makes appraisals and how appraisal principles and techniques can be used.
This course is not intended to train students as appraisers, but to help them
understand, work with and influence the appraiser. A basic calculator is
required for this class.

GRI Listing Contracts:
Basic Training
This
course focuses on arming the new REALTOR®
with the tools they need when writing a listing contract. By
taking this course, students will learn how to write contracts using the
Colorado Real Estate Commission approved forms that will satisfy all
parties involved in the transaction. Students will also lean how
to avoid problem areas that can result in lost business relationships.
CAR recommends that you take the "Agency & Disclosure: One is Not
Good Without the Other" before taking this course

Working with Successful Buyers -
Equip yourself with the information, insight and
know-how you need to meet the growing demands of buyers in today's
market. From prospecting to successfully closing a
transaction, this course will teach you how to provide every buyer
with a superior level of service that will ensure referral
business for years too come! *one or the
other of these classes (student choice) is required, the other one
can be used as your elective GRI class.

with Successful Sellers - Learn how to
develop the skills necessary to become a powerful force for
sellers within your local market. REALTORS will learn how to
use cutting-edge tools and strategies to embrace the cyclical
market and exceed seller expectations from first contact through
transaction closing. *one or the other

with consumers and other professionals, given their different

Back To basics
Rediscover the basic contract principles, review the common
Colorado Real Estate Commission approved forms and learn how the
new contract forms should be used in a purchase transaction.

Century Gold
Adequate potable water is a prime concern when buying real
estate. With Colorado's population expanding, the clamor for
more water is never-ending. Colorado law is quite specific
about how water may be used and who may use it. Topics

well as what a broker must know when listing and selling property.
