Changing Companies?

If you are changing companies, there are a few very important items to take care of.

1. Contact the Division of Real Estate at 303.894.2166 or visit their web site.
2. Send PPAR a copy of the DORA application for Change in Status Form.
3. A new Exhibit B for PPMLS/CSCP must be signed by the new employing broker (IF you require access to PPMLS o CSCP).
4. Page 7 of the Key Lease Agreement signed by the new employing broker
