The Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS®, PPAR, was organized in 1902. PPAR services the Pikes Peak region which includes El Paso and Teller Counties.  PPAR is dedicated to serving more than 3,500 members.  Our staff members are dedicated to providing the services needed to help our REALTOR® professionals in the areas of Ethics, Education, Member Services, Government Affairs and Community Service.

The Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS is the sole owner of the Pikes Peak REALTOR Services Corporation. RSC is the arm of PPAR which provides all of the data and technical services to PPAR Members and Participants. Services that RSC provide include the PPMLS, CSCP and Supra Lockbox/Key systems. RSC staff also program and maintain a variety of programs for both PPAR Members as well as PPAR Staff. Among these programs are the CCMLS and Mobile CCMLS systems.
